Daily Schedule & Link to Zoom – 8-14th August

The mindfulness retreat begins on Monday 8th August, with a gentle morning meditation which well set the pace for our week together and finishes on Sunday 14th August.

We will gather from 9-11 am every day New Zealand Time.

This is an invitation for you to introduce the essence of mindfulness and reconciliation into your every day life. More than just the scheduled teachings, we highly recommended that you arrange quiet, contemplative time and space for yourself whenever possible. The time you spend prior to and after teachings is of utmost importance to allow the resonance of the work we are doing together to settle deeply inside your heart.
