2-7 JAN

Intention Setting & Loving Kindness Retreat to Welcome the New Year

$0.00

Welcome the New Year with an Open Heart.

LIVE JAN 2-7. This retreat will support our capacity to live fully in the present and meet life with an open heart. We will explore and set our intentions (whatever they are) to guide us in living with greater wisdom and compassion.

It will include guided meditation and talks on loving-kindness and mindfulness as one unified practice. There will be a time for silent and guided meditations, and small and large group discussions. These teachings and practices will emphasize quieting the mind, opening the heart, developing clarity, and fostering the depth of practice.

How can this retreat support you?

Deepen your daily meditation practice and begin each morning with a rich mindfulness exploration.

Share in discussions and thought-provoking conversation with a group of like-minded people.

Create heart centred intentions for life that is living through you.

Open to a New Year and new beginnings with loving kindness, in a safe and carefully facilitated space.

Integrate mindfulness practices and teachings into your every-day-life.

The Daily Schedule

Our 2 hour daily sessions will include teachings, mindfulness practices and group sharing.

How much does it cost?

We understand that everyone’s financial resources are different in these times of uncertainty, this retreat is offered freely and there will be two ways to express your generosity at the end if you feel called. By donating to the teaching team and, or, Mana Retreat Centre.

More information about how to offer a Koha or Donation for this experience will be shared with you on the last day of the retreat.

How long can I access the retreat resources?

During the retreat, we will record each session so you will have ongoing access to the conversations and mindfulness resources that are shared, any time you like.

What do others who have experienced these Online Mindfulness Retreats with Bob & Jan have to say?

“Perhaps paradoxically, and somewhat unexpectedly, it was a very intimate process. It somehow felt both intense and spacious. I really loved starting my day in community and in practice. I found it set me up to let daily life be my practice in a very real way.”

~ Linda Surplice
