The simple act of drawing your attention to your breath helps us to centre ourselves, to step back from our problems and respond to them with calmness and kindness. This 10 minute meditation is a gentle remind that where ever we are we can come home to ourselves through our breath. We suggest repeating this meditation as many times as you like.
