Restorative Yoga Props

Most of these props can be found around the house and we want to make this whole process as accessible as possible. If you do not have something on this list it is ok, a couple of blankets and towels are enough.

It would be good if you could source…

  • a yoga mat
  • a bolster or rolled up blanket in a pillow case approx 70cm long
  • 2 or 4 couch cushions (any shape will do)
  • 2 blocks or a few books
  • 3 blankets
  • 1 or 2 towels
  • a scalf or hand towel
  • an eye mask if you have one (this is not essential and you could use anything to cover your eyes if you like)
  • extra pillows
