Track 3: Easing Worry
This practice calls you into the present moment – where the past and future cease to exist. Troubling thoughts of what has been or yet to come can be released along with any negativity. In the here and now you can be comfortable with ‘what is’. We suggest repeating this meditation as many times as you like. Each time it will deepen your relationship to the present moment and allow you to come home to your body, feelings and the world around you without your mind creating the experience for you.
