Through touching the earth with awareness, we touch the present moment. Every step made in awareness helps us get in touch with the wonders of life that are here, available to us, right now. This walking meditation is all about enjoying the walking, not to go somewhere. Plug in your headphones and venture outdoors, where ever you are you need only space to step. We suggest repeating this meditation as many times as you like.
